Meet the Makers
Potters, printers and chandlers who make things slowly, by hand.
Clay is wedged, thrown on the wheel, dried slowly in the shade and fired. Each bowl keeps the marks of the hands that made it.

Carved wooden blocks press each colour onto linen and cotton, one motif at a time.

Plant wax poured in small batches, cured for a week.

Before the festival of lights, small clay diyas dry in rows in the sun.
