Personalising
How long does a personalised piece take?
Painted pieces are fired again after painting, so they leave us within 7 working days.
Can I return a personalised piece?
Pieces made with your name or initials are made for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Handmade
Will mine look exactly like the photo?
Very close, but every piece is made by hand: small differences in shape and glaze are part of it.
Delivery
How is it packed?
Ceramics are wrapped in recycled paper and packed in moulded pulp, so they arrive whole.
